Enjoy a blissful experience beginning with a dry brush to stimulate your lymphatic system and prepare your skin followed by a soothing clay based mud treatment for your full body. You will then be wrapped up warm and cozy as you drift away while experiencing a deeply relaxing yoga nidra meditation. After a brief shower you’ll be treated to a full body effleurage massage to moisturize your skin. Dry brush included for you to take home.

Mud body wraps may help to detoxify your skin as the clay dries up. They also help by making the skin firmer. Studies show that mud body wraps increase circulation, relieve pain, and relaxes muscles. Health benefit plans can be used to cover massage portion.
